Our Company values

Out company is underpinned by three fundamental values:

Accountability: Accountability is crucial as it ensures schools, Support Services and Local Authorities work collaboratively toward the best outcomes for the child.

Maintaining a child centred approach: A child-centered approach considers the unique needs, strengths, and interests of the child at the heart of every decision. A child-centered approach considers the whole child, not just their academic abilities, but also their social, emotional, and physical needs. By addressing all aspects of a child’s development, the support provided is more comprehensive and ensures a well-rounded educational experience.

Expert knowledge: Expert knowledge is invaluable as it provides the foundation for delivering informed, effective, and specialised care. Our company is led by the Equality Act of 2010, Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice 2014.
